Really enjoyed that I could play this game with a single hand. Putting the room back together is key to get out of your negativity.
One character in an rpg, only fighting with himself and his doubts. I'll be honest, I'm not a fan of turn-based combat. Still, your take on the matter makes it quite enjoyable.
Not only that, but you only use one hand, so bonus points for that.
Something else that was coincidentally awesome, glad you gave it a good try and tbh we didn't need a turn based battle but it is easy in RPG maker and we did want to make the battle more engaging but just ran out of development time. :P
I do like the idea behind the game!
And it was executed well enough for the purposes of the jam.
I don`t know if it was intentional that Scott gets stuck with the inner negativity inside the room should he return there after defeating it, but if not: it does make for an interesting alternative ending if you don`t leave.
Well that's actually a bug but I like the idea of it being a secret ending now. It's not a bug, it's a feature XD
But of course it is a feature! :D
